MLA46 will be another great sale! We have one of our best offerings of Stoneware yet. Many of the finest pieces are from the Brantford Pottery. The White Windsor Ontario bird crock with Brantford Stoneware Pottery bird and flower is simply outstanding. The Woodyatt Brantford CW presentation jug is an exceptional and important piece. From Canada East, we have two rare crocks: a Moses Farrar St Johns CE 1 gal jug and an Orrin L Ballard with a huge tree decoration! In Redware, we have an incredible William Eby Conestogo beer stein, a rare cream crock from Thomas Brown Strathroy, and a remarkable little Brownscombe pitcher. In Miscellaneous, we have some very rare and early items, including: a beautiful folk art carved rooster from David Horst of St. Jacobs Ontario; a one-of-a-kind tin top milk bottle from Alex Bryce of Toronto; and two early pharmacy items from Fellows & Co Saint John New Brunswick. For sodas, we have a great line-up of early torpedo bottles, with rare examples from Nova Scotia, Quebec, Ontario and overseas. In Ginger Beers, we have some rare bottles in great condition, including: a Stanley Park Vancouver, Taylor Strathroy, and J.R. Bennett St. Johns - as well as a beautifully restored and exceedingly rare Doering & Marstrand Vancouver.
