Eastern Ginger Beers

GB017 Scotia Pure Milk Co - Halifax NS-63

Minimum Bid: $500

Range:$800-1000

Sold: $1350

This Scotia Pure Milk Co "Aero Pure Milk" from Halifax NS is one of the rarest and most unusual East Coast ginger beer bottles. While a ginger beer type bottle, this was clearly a milk drink. The only one of which I am aware that was packaged in this way. These are rare bottles, which seldome come to market. This one comes from an Ottawa collection, where it remained for 40+ years. Two heavy rub lines on the right side. A 3" clean tight hairline on the left rear. Two hairlines crossing just to the right of the transfer. A few tiny flea bites off one stopper hole and the lip edge. Condition reads much worse than the bottle displays. I have never heard of a mint example. If you need one of these for the collection, do not hesitate!
